It was February 2013 that B.T. received a phone call that her sister-in-law had passed away from a stroke and  her brother was found on the floor. He suffers from Parkinson Disease. B.T. lives is Albuquerque New Mexico and didn’t know anyone in California that could help her. One of her friends looked on the internet for a probate attorney and the Velasco Law Group came up. When she called, she spoke to Misty who was so sweet and caring.

“Thank goodness for Misty because we don’t know what would have happened without her direction and legal advice” said B.T. in a recent interview.

The sister-in-law’s family had ransacked the house for paperwork, no doubt looking for a will or living trust. There was none! While her brother was in intensive care the team at Velasco Law Group all worked in unison to get the big issues resolved. “Everybody there is great! As a result, after three years, my brother was able to retain 2/3 of the property. His health is stable” B.T. commented further.

“We feel very blessed that we met the Velasco Law Group. We met them during a serious and critical time in our lives yet, they took care of the details and we are forever grateful for Misty and the team at Velasco Law Group. We will recommend VLG to anyone, they are the best!” B.T. concluded.
